Returns

Warranty Coverage
- Warranty periods vary by product: typically 12 months for mechanical accessories (poles, tripods, prisms, tribrachs) and 6 months for batteries and electronic accessories.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
Returns Process
- Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the order, including photos and a description of the problem.
- Our team will review the report and coordinate with the fulfillment partner to assess the issue.
- If a return or replacement is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
- Replacements or refunds are processed by the fulfillment partner in accordance with the Proforma Invoice terms.
