Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from China by our selected fulfillment partners. Sea freight, air freight, and express courier options are available depending on urgency, shipment size, and destination.
Typical Lead Time
7–18 business days after order confirmation and payment, depending on the shipping method selected. Sea freight to distant ports can take longer. Lead time is confirmed during quotation.

Export Documentation
Export documentation is handled by the fulfillment partner in China. You will receive the documents needed for import clearance at your destination.

Tracking Your Shipment
Tracking details are provided once the order ships from China. You can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Incoterms
The applicable Incoterm is confirmed during quotation based on your shipping method and destination. Common options are listed below.
Ex Works
Buyer handles all transport and export clearance from the partner's premises in China.
Free on Board
Partner delivers goods loaded onto the vessel at the named Chinese port; buyer handles sea freight onward.
Cost, Insurance & Freight
Partner covers cost, insurance, and freight to the named destination port; buyer handles import clearance.
Delivered at Place
Partner delivers to a named destination; buyer handles import clearance and duties.
What Happens After You Order
- The partner confirms supply price, freight, and lead time during quotation.
- An official Proforma Invoice is issued and payment is made to the partner directly.
- The partner fulfills and ships your order from China with export documentation.
- Tracking details are shared once the shipment dispatches.
