Shipping from China
Shipping options are evaluated for each RFQ based on the product type, quantity, packed weight and dimensions, destination, urgency, documentation requirements, and confirmed commercial terms. Available methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, or another method stated in the quotation.
Lead Time
Preparation time and transit time vary by product and shipment. The quotation will separately confirm availability or production time, export handling time, estimated transit time, applicable Incoterm, and shipping cost.
Shipping Methods
The right method is confirmed during quotation based on shipment size and destination.
Express Courier
Suitable for smaller or urgent shipments where available. Estimated transit time and courier service are confirmed during quotation.

Air Freight
May be suitable for medium-size or time-sensitive shipments. Airport or door-delivery options depend on the destination and confirmed terms.

Sea Freight
May be suitable for large, heavy, or bulk orders. Port-to-port or other available options are confirmed according to the destination and quotation terms.

Documentation
Available export and shipping documentation will be identified in the quotation according to the products, destination, shipping method, and applicable requirements.
- Commercial invoice and packing list

- Certificate of origin (where applicable)
- Documentation confirmed in the written quotation
Tracking
Tracking or shipment-status information is provided according to the confirmed carrier and shipping method after dispatch.

- Coordination support throughout transit
Incoterms
The applicable Incoterm must be stated in the official quotation or Proforma Invoice. The availability of any Incoterm depends on the specific order and destination.
Ex Works
The buyer assumes transport responsibilities from the named collection point according to the confirmed quotation.
Free on Board
Responsibilities are divided at the named port according to the confirmed quotation.
Cost, Insurance & Freight
Cost, insurance, and freight responsibilities are defined for the named destination port in the confirmed quotation.
Delivered at Place
Delivery responsibilities are defined up to the named destination, while import duties and clearance obligations remain subject to the confirmed terms.

- Product and shipping requirements are reviewed.
- Available shipping methods, cost, estimated timing, and Incoterm are stated in the quotation.
- Follow the commercial and payment instructions contained in the official document.
