Survey Accessories Hub operates Survey Accessories Hub, an independent B2B Request for Quotation platform for surveying and geomatics accessories. The website provides catalog, inquiry, and quotation-support functionality. It is not a shopping-cart or online-payment platform.

2. RFQ and Quotation Process

Submitting an RFQ is a request for commercial information and does not constitute an order, acceptance, sales contract, or payment obligation. No purchase obligation is created until a quotation is accepted and the commercial document is confirmed. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document.

Final availability, pricing, shipping costs, and lead times are confirmed during quotation and documented on the official quotation or Proforma Invoice.

3. Commercial Documents

Final product specifications, quantities, compatibility, pricing, availability, lead time, shipping terms, warranty, payment instructions, seller or payee identity, and other commercial conditions are stated in the official quotation or Proforma Invoice.

4. No Checkout or Payment

This website does not provide a cart, checkout, or online payment. Users must rely only on the official commercial documents provided for their specific request. Survey Accessories Hub does not collect, process, or hold customer payments.

5. Product Information

Catalog descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility references, MOQs, lead times, and warranty information are provided for RFQ and product-selection purposes and may require confirmation.

All brand names referenced on this platform (including but not limited to Trimble, Leica Geosystems, Topcon, Sokkia, CHCNAV, South, Hi-Target, Kolida, Emlid, Stonex, GeoMax, FARO, RIEGL, and DJI) are used for compatibility identification only.
