Terms of Service

1. Platform Description

Survey Accessories Hub is an independent global RFQ (Request for Quotation) and sourcing platform for surveying equipment accessories. We connect customers with selected China-based fulfillment partners. We do not sell products directly, process payments, or hold inventory. This platform does not constitute a sales contract.

2. RFQ and Quotation Process

Submitting an RFQ through this platform is a request for quotation, not an order. No purchase obligation is created until a quotation is accepted and a Proforma Invoice is issued by the fulfillment partner. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document, typically 30 days from issue.

Final availability, pricing, shipping costs, and lead times are confirmed during quotation and documented on the Proforma Invoice.

3. No Checkout or Payment

This platform does not offer checkout, shopping cart, or online payment functionality. All payments are made directly to the fulfillment partner in accordance with the Proforma Invoice terms. Survey Accessories Hub does not collect, process, or hold customer payments.

4. Accuracy of Information

Product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information are provided for reference only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Always confirm the exact product model, specifications, and compatibility before placing an order.

5. Trademark and Brand Names

All brand names referenced on this platform (including but not limited to Trimble, Leica Geosystems, Topcon, Sokkia, CHCNAV, South, Hi-Target, Kolida, Emlid, Stonex, GeoMax, FARO, RIEGL, and DJI) are used for compatibility identification only. Survey Accessories Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized distributor of any named brand. Products are independent accessories unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Survey Accessories Hub acts as an intermediary and is not liable for product quality, shipping delays, customs issues, or fulfillment partner performance. Disputes regarding products or orders should be resolved directly with the fulfillment partner in accordance with the Proforma Invoice terms. Our liability is limited to facilitating communication between parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international trade laws. The Proforma Invoice issued by the fulfillment partner governs the actual sales transaction and its associated terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
