Survey Accessories Hub is an independent sourcing platform. We do not sell products directly or process payments. Instead, we connect you with vetted China-based fulfillment partners through a transparent request-for-quotation workflow — from submission to delivery.
The Six-Step Workflow
Each step is designed for transparency. Final pricing, availability, and lead time are always confirmed during quotation.

Submit Your RFQ
Customers browse the product catalog and submit a Request for Quotation with their requirements — quantities, destination, and any model-specific notes.

We Coordinate & Prepare
The website administrator reviews your RFQ, manages communication, and works with selected China-based fulfillment partners to prepare a consolidated quotation.

Partner Confirms Terms
The China-based fulfillment partner confirms the supply price, freight cost, lead time, and warranty terms for each item in your request.

Proforma Invoice & Payment
The partner issues an official Proforma Invoice and receives payment directly. Survey Accessories Hub does not process any payment on this platform.

Fulfillment & Shipping
The partner fulfills and ships the order directly from China, with export documentation handled and tracking provided once the shipment dispatches.

Tracking & Commission
Survey Accessories Hub tracks the order status and records the commission associated with the fulfilled shipment for transparent reporting.
Your Role
- Browse the catalog and identify the accessories you need.
- Submit an RFQ with quantities, destination, and model notes.
- Review the consolidated quotation and confirm your order.
- Pay the partner directly against the Proforma Invoice.
Our Role
- Coordinate communication between you and the fulfillment partner.
- Prepare and deliver a consolidated quotation.
- Track order status and commission for transparent reporting.
- Provide support throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
Partner's Role
- Confirm supply price, freight, lead time, and warranty.
- Issue the official Proforma Invoice and receive payment.
- Fulfill and ship the order from China with export documentation.
- Provide shipment tracking once dispatched.
No Checkout, No Payment Here
This platform never collects payment. There is no cart, no checkout, and no transaction processed on this site. Final availability, pricing, freight, and lead time are confirmed during quotation and finalized on the partner's Proforma Invoice.
